VISION STATEMENT 
Stampede Soccer Club is committed to the development of youth select soccer programs in North Texas. Our club seeks young men and women who have the commitment to become intelligent soccer players, who will work as hard in the classroom as on the field, and who want to become a contributing member of the North Texas community. We are committed to fostering the overall growth of the serious soccer player so that they can achieve the highest level of success of which they are capable.

Stampede Soccer Club views player development and success from various perspectives. This process starts at the recreational soccer level and progresses to the senior levels of youth soccer. Through each of these development stages, the maturation of the player changes yearly. Progress is scaled and measured on an annual basis by the Stampede training staff and shared with the player and their family. Through this process, we can see how success is attained on a yearly basis by each and every player.

The success of Stampede Soccer Club, both on and off the field, will evolve naturally as the result of the development of our players. Rather than solely measuring success in terms of winning games, leagues and tournaments, the Stampede family views success by what is accomplished in the classroom, on the fields, and in the local community. We expect each player to uphold a high standard of excellence which includes regular attendance at scheduled practices and games; respect for fellow players, coaches and referees; maintaining a high grade point average in school; and, at the older ages, volunteering for community service activities or mentoring youth Stampede teams.

Stampede Soccer Club players have proven that success comes from hard work and passion. This passion ignites at a very young age and strengthens as it is harnessed and guided into a champion. Our Stampede champions will ultimately play at the next level which to some may mean their high school soccer team or even the North Texas Olympic Development Program (ODP) team. We will even see some players attending universities and playing for a college soccer program, and possibly one day representing our country on the U.S. National Team.

MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission at Stampede Soccer Club is very simple. Our club is prepared to devote the passion, commitment, desire, and knowledge of this great sport to develop our players into champions on the field, in the classroom, and in society. Our trainers ask that only players with this same passion and commitment take the step to be a part of our young and proud tradition of “wearing the BLUE.” Together, we are creating the future of youth soccer right here in North Texas.
